Rago makes outstanding stuff but my experience with them since July 12th has been a nightmare. I placed an order for a few things that at the time all showed in stock on their website. Plot twist, none of it was in stock. The lead times on their website showed 2 weeks. Another plot twist. It would be 4 weeks later before part of my order shipped. After I received my order in the middle of Aug I waited about a week and then I reached out to Rago about the rest of my order. Rago informed me that a powder coater lost items and the accessory mounts and antenna mounts would ship out in a couple of weeks.

Still missing part of my order I contacted Rago in the middle of Oct about the rest of my order. This time told they switched powder coaters and my items, a ladder accessory mount and a passenger side antenna mount were due back from powder coat any day now and would ship in about two weeks. Last week, I receive an email showing the accessory mount and my antenna mount had shipped. The package arrived Wednesday, opened it up and there was my accessory mount. It again looked outstanding like the previous parts. However no antenna mount. The packing slip doesn’t list it, (I have a pic of the packing slip). The antenna mount is not there. I again reach out to Rago and get the same canned response that they switched powder coaters.

So on items that showed out off stock or with a lead time of two weeks, it has now almost been four months. Rago makes some really nice stuff with some outstanding build quality and excellent welds but their lack of transparency when it comes to stock and lead times means that for me, moving forward, no matter how nice their products are, I won’t buy from them again. YMMV.

Maybe but I ended up needing new rear shocks after the water rusted my lower shock bolt in. If it ends up rusting I’ll just throw on my other set.

well, if it makes you feel better, if you haven't received the antenna mount, i'd cancel it. It's a bit.....um......crappy mainly because its attached to the plastic bumper. No way to make it less crappy. It tends to um..want to destroy your taillight. I would mount the antenna to your ladder accessory panel or to the ladder itself..

I have the rago antenna mount sitting in my shit bin. I first mounted my antenna on the ladder, and that was pretty good. I then mounted it to my roof rack and used a frontrunner collapsible antenna mount, and that was WAAAAY BETTER...lol.

we run ours on the roof via magnetic mount. unthread the antennae itself from the mount and you dont even know its there
