Radio Volume Dial acting up

Hi, When you turn the volume up or down it may go in the opposite direction before going in the right direction or may not increment normally for the amount the dial is being turned. Has anyone else had this issue? Any suggestions on how to get in there and maybe look for and clear any obstructions that may be causing it? This is on the 2010 4runner limited. Thanks, Scott

I have the same issue with my 2010 Limited, and in fact sometimes the steering wheel buttons do the same thing. For the steering wheel buttons I just tap them a bit and they seem to shape up. Haven't messed with the knob yet, but seeing as the touchscreen has all but stopped responding to touch I may be getting rid of the head unit altogether soon...

Sorry to not have something more positive lol.
