How do you guys connect awning lights?

My awning has an integrated LED bar which connects a cigarette lighter port for power.

Can I buy an adapter and connect it to a NOCO booster?

How do you guys power your light bars?

This is the adapter I'm looking at: Amazon.com: USB A Male to 12V Car Cigarette Lighter Socket Female Converter Cable 2-Pack : Automotive

12V is 12V. It doesn't care about connectors.

I bought some IP-rated (don't remember the designation) garden wiring connectors from a supply house and made up a few pigtails for my lighting and other camping needs. All devices can be connected to all sources (camper house battery, solar panel, car battery, etc) that way.
