I put blue loctite on every bolt that was used on my Prinsu, including each individual cross bar. Anytime I move or remove/reinstall a crossbar, the bolts get cleaned and fresh loctite is used. I also remove the mounting bolts that go into the roof every spring and clean and reapply fresh silicone into those holes, but i'm sure that's slightly overkill.

I also did blue loctite all the way around, already had to remove wind deflector and a couple cross bars. Loctite was not an issues, give the tool 50% pressure and hold it for about 30 seconds and it will come loose.
