Went in for emissions test today.
Visual inspection of
Air Injection: Pass
Catalyst: Pass
Gas Cap: Pass
On Board Diagnostic system:
Overall Result: Pass
So with this post a small driving update: Winter road conditions were slushy and now have dried out. My MPG has fallen off 20 and is now running 18. I now feel comfortable merging into smaller openings as the power between 1800 rpm and 2500 rpm is vastly improved. Cold starts are where I loose the bulk of my MPG. Once things are warmed up my average starts to climb however most trips are short. The radium surge tank is noisy and because of the trigger for the relay it runs well after the car is shut down (but it works). Once the weather warms up I will look for another relay trigger or try out a solid state relay hooked up to the regular pump signal.

Thanks for sharing more info. The "Boost" sensor must be in Manifold Absolute Pressure. So, whatever it reads, subtract the atmospheric pressure (~14.7 psi or a little less since you are in some elevation).
So, you are actually still at ~-4 psi vacuum in first shot, and +7 psi boost in the third. This aligns. I agree it should show open loop at full throttle, weird it shows closed.
Great news regarding emissions!

6k update.
City driving MPG 18. Feels a little less than what I was getting prior to the mod. Some of that is due to driving in the snow/slush which killed me.
Did a quick trip to the coast over two Mtn Passes. Blues and Snoqualmie. Prior MPG prior to the URD Supercharger it was 20.11 to 21.22 MPG. Post Mod was 20.51 MPG. The MPG post mod was more consistent.
The rig seldom down shifted unless on a steep grade. Below are some screen shots from Ultragauge blue during the trip. All photos are Cruse control set to 70 MPH. The first is level ground. The second is on Snowqalmie prior to kick down and the third is post kick down on same hill. Note the RPM to MAF (Mass air Flow). HP is 10 x MAF or so I am told.

I thought I update what the top looks like. Not sure if you can see it but it also shows where the seventh injector sits. It is the black box to the left of the URD Supercharged label.

I am confused. I am not seeing where URD sells this supercharger anymore. When you go to their website they sell Magnuson.

I had to get on a waiting list. They are currently out of stock. I got a email letting me know when they were going to get some (heads up type thing). The superchargers were sold out in a day or two.
URD Supercharger Kits - Underdog Racing Development
The Magnuson units do tend to be more available. I think the issue may be the adapter between the Whipple W140AX and the 1GR-FE Heads. When I got mine it appeared to be machined out of a solid block of aluminum as I could see some tooling marks. The remaining parts all appeared to be off the shelf type stuff that is available on the open market.

I messaged them and yup you are correct. I am curious since I am not seeing a lot of URD posts nor anything on the web regarding them on the 4Runner.. do you have any concerns regarding longevity and reliability vs the Magnuson since these do pump out significantly more HP and Torque? I remember seeing a set of videos on youtube regarding the install of a URD setup on a 5Gen but they have since vanished. All I can find anywhere is Magnuson stuff.

The rig drives the same unless I need the power (less than 5% of the time and just because I have it). When I start towing big stuff I plan on changing fluids more but I would do that anyway. So the short answer is, I have no concerns regarding longevity nor reliability in any respect vs stock or Magnuson.
In severe stress testing I do believe that I got the supercharger belt to slip on hard acceleration up a very long steep hill. That same hill with no supercharger, stock would just gear down and rev really high. I probably got the same HP from the engine... just different ways to get there.

Have you monitored oil and trans temp before and after install?

Prior to the mod I have looked at em via the Ultragauge Blue. I have not seen any significant difference after the mod. The Whipple supercharger uses an internal reservoir of oil that is independent of the regular systems.

I like it but I think it runs through the area where I have my surge tank(in front of the gas tank).
