Does Toyota e-coat their frames or wax them?

Was going to apply fluid film to underside of the runner but heard it doesn’t mix well with the factory wax applied on some trucks frames.

Also was gonna fluid film the inner panels of the truck and was wondering if anyone has fluid filmed their inside panels on their cars or trucks in the past. Does the fluid film smell make it into the truck? Does it go away after some time if it does?

I have no idea what Toyota coats the frames with, but I do use Fluid Film on the whole under side. (3 consecutive years now) There is a slight smell from it dripping on the exhaust, but goes away after a day or 2. I can tell you this, that it works, because there is zero rust.

My 2019 never had a factory wax, but I have applied Fluid Film to other vehicles with it and it does soften the wax.
