Track bar mount rotting off

hey guys , my rear track bar mount on axle is getting to the point I have to do something with it , I searched internet but couldn't find any pre made weld on bracket , anyone know of any before I have to homemade fab something ?

pic to see how bad it is? If it isn't too bad, you can probably weld a EIMKeith PCK to it.

no welding anything to this , she is a full cut off and re weld new bracket on job
