I second the PPF. mine came factory with PPF on the rear door bottoms (with mud flaps too). my rear doors look no different in terms of wear than any other part of the vehicle. I have stock suspension and never ran ATs though but have driven on many dirt/gravel roads. also have PPF on my hood and it works very well and has held up great after 10 years almost

I am 100% stock '21 Nightshade and have the factory PPF. It only covers a small section of the very bottom of the rear doors. The chips are above the PPF. I don't off-road or tailgate either (I drive like a grandma, hence my 20 mpg avg)
Honestly, I think it's the Blizzard Pearl paint quality... but I don't know how to approach Toyota considering there has been no resolution for the many others experiencing issues with it.
