My 2023 TRD PRO has shaft zerks. In fact I just greased them at my 15k oil change interval last month. 6 zerks; there is a cover over the center split yoke.

My daughters 2019SR5 has zerks on both propeller shafts, as does my 2017 SR5 - she liked mine so much she got her own.
My AWD Honda pilot 2004 ran 240,000 miles with no grease for the one propeller shaft.

Some U joints don't come with zerks, but have a spot for one by removing a cap screw and screwing in a zerk.

The only 4Runners I've seen that didn't have zerk fittings in the propeller shaft(s), were 2wd models.

Has that changed?

2023 ORP w/ 6 zerks on the shafts.

I hate the plain vanilla fittings on the grease pumps. PITA to get on and off. Any suggestions for better?

I have one of these - but have not tried it yet. Reviews look promising:
Amazon.com

Also, I believe all 4WD models have the 6 zerks, my FJ Cruiser did too. I suspect only the 2WD have no zerks.

The amazon part that FoxTrotRomeo is talking about is a locking hose end for your grease gun. Great tool...been using it on all 6 zerks on my 2019 Pro for several years now...

I just watched a couple videos on how to bleed air and attach to a Zerk and it solved 99% of my problems.
