Lexington, Nice work!

You inspired me with your great work. Here's an interpretation of your draft, separated into your Type A and Type B, for your consideration.

truth be told, i was just having fun with Powerpoint. Good to give my skillset a workout once in a while.

Hope you feel better, compadre!

big daddy & lexington; doesn't the "TRAC OFF" and the other skid control light also turn on and stay on when in 4LO? nitpicking but your guide seems to indicate only the 4LO light comes on when successfully engaged and that might lead someone (like me!) to believe something is wrong.

Nyvram. No apology necessary. Constructive criticism is welcomed. This was the whole purpose of my post. To get feedback from the community to make sure my info was correct and add anything I missed.

I did write it at the bottom but I excluded the picture. This is because I didn’t have enough room to include it. I sized this reference guide so it will fit in that mostly useless spot for the tissue box. So I only included what I thought was most important. Most of the information is copied directly from the manual but I modified some of it to make it fit my format. But that’s why I also wrote on the bottom, “More info can be found in your Owner’s Manual on page ______. You’re suppose to write or use a label make to put the page number in so if you need more info you can find the page quickly.

Anyway I can improve the wording that the slip icon and Trac Off icon will appear.

I can adjust my version with any picture/wording updates you'd like add.

Wording might be enough; just thinking out loud:

Quote:
When L4 is correctly engaged you will see three lights above the green 4WD icon; 4LO, SLIP OFF and TRAC OFF.

Nyvram, I played around with it and I found a way to add the Slip Off and Trac Off icons photos. I sent it to Bigdaddy and he is going to use his graphic arts magic and make a final version.

Just fyi, sent the full version to you a few days back. Look forward to seeing if it's what you were envisioning.

Hi Bigdaddy

I’ve been away from home this last week. I saw it on my iPad but it was a bit distorted. I know Microsoft files don’t always translate well on iPad. So I wanted to wait until I got home to see it on my PC. My suspicion we’re confirmed. The files looked great on my PC. Noticed a few minor distortions on the narrow version when you sized it down to my request. These were easy fix. Also made some other minor changes and sent them to you. Let me know what you think.

Hi JL-2022. Bigdaddy and I both have been busy with work so that has delayed us a bit. That said I think we are just about done. I sent it to Bigdaddy for a final review. He did a really nice job on the graphics.
