These are all the options that you can have the dealer reprogram to your preferred setting. I'm attaching the list as a PDF. Enjoy!

Like several others my dealer will not turn off the seat-belt chime. Stating that there are liability reasons. They said if Toyota approves it they will do it. I pointed out that the manual clearly states that the dealer can do it so that is the approval - they didn't agree....
So I emailed Toyota 2 months ago, but never received a reply. I emailed them again this morning requesting that they deal with this issue.
Will update when I get a reply

just got mind done today. Works great! The dealer didn't have any problem with any of my requests and even came to verify the seatbelt chime disable. They wanted to make sure I wanted it off of both seats and not just one.
Modern Toyota in Winston-Salem NC. I am extremely satisfied with their service!

I have a sad suspicion that it's not available wirelessly -- I know I can use my mechanical key to open/close the rear window... Guess it's not that big of a deal if at least most of the windows open on a hot summer day. =D

I sat beside the dealer while he programmed mine. He too was unable to get the remote operated rear window working. They disabled the seat belt chime, enabled the windows to go down with the remote, but he wasn't able to locate the rear window setting within the menus. He even put me behind his Panasonic toughbook so I could try finding it. NOTHING.

FYI. Took mine in to silence the seatbelt chime. Turns out they silenced other things like the headlight switch chime for after the key is removed. Still trying to figure out what else they "silenced". Just something to watch out for.

Just got my seat belt chime turned off at dealer, along with a few other custom settings for the windows. Then went to pick up an over-sized piece of furniture right afterward. Had to leave the rear gate door opened and tie it down to the trailer hitch and the rear sliding deck in its first outward position. The door chime never stopped beeping for twenty miles, unless you are at complete stop...wish you could override that one! (the seatbelt chime, when it is activated, stops after a minute or so). Still love my ride!

good for you - mine refuses and Toyota said it is a mistake that this item was in the book for US customers. They refuse to mess with it both for the drivers seat and the passenger seat. Toyota told me it is federal law and will not go along with the argument that the federal law would be satisfied with the light that shows the seatbelt is not on (you know like my Nissan has without the damn beeping)
