Toyota changed the front caliper mounting bolt size from 17mm to 19mm, around 2016. The lower torque value is for the smaller bolts. Your '18 has the19mm bolts @ 137 ft.lbs. The older 17mm bolts use 91 ft.lbs. Pages 304 & 307. The rear slide pins are 65 & the rear caliper mount bolts are 74 ft.lbs.
You'll need an air gun or a 2' long bar for the front caliper bolts. I hope it goes well.
