BTW, one pulls the center pin up as far as it will go first to unlock it, then use a forked tool to pry the complete retainer out of the hole.

Just a interesting side note, the OEM pins don't pull the center up to release, you actually push them down to unlock em. Caught me off guard at first which caused me to break a couple before I learned the trick. Thats why I ended up buying extras. Center pin flush with the top of the pin is locked, pushed down a click passed that is unlocked.
