NOTE: This is an attestation to VLAND products in general and not 4runner specific applications.
I put a set of VLAND projector headlights in my '13 VW Jetta. The housings seems like a decent quality when handling them. They installed just like OEM and had a decent fitment. I had a minor issue with the wiring when initially connected due to bad or poor quality diodes in the harness adapter they provided. Since sorting that out I have had no issues with them. The projectors are not the world's best but they're better than the OEM non-projectors on that car. I have had them on the car for 2 years and have no issues with them yet. No leaks or condensation either.
About a year ago I installed a set of VLAND taillights in the same car and have had n issues with them either. Quality and fitment was also OEM like.
I will say that their 4runner headlights are pretty wild looking and would also be interested in seeing the output they have.
