This person also had bumper off.
Missing bolts, and black piece that goes under fender, below headlight on oassenger side had wrong bolt holding it in. Sorry pos person had a fender bolt vice gine thread in there. Fixed it. But, its not holding.
I guess file that under "Things that make you go Hmmmmm".
I would make the dealer fix all that nonsense ASAP. No reason to pay extra through a dealer and get a late model vehicle that's missing parts, or not bolted back together properly.

Due to traveling in a few days, I was in too much of a rush to thouroughly go through this car.
Its a solid car with some used car issues, which can be resolved, hopefully.
I just left a message with the management of my concerns, and will see them tomorrow.

Some observations on my purchase.
Fuel economy, well, sux. I knew going into it it wouldn't be great.
But, drove 400 miles at 82to 85 and got 18.3, via fuel put in not dash.
Then drove the same route at 72-75 and got 20.5.
Head unit is a T8 android, not the best of the aftermarkets, but, for what I use it for, it works.. Thinking of getting android auto dongle, wired, as this wont do wireless.. Maybe later.
Headlights were okay. Did the H9 low beam mod. Little better.. Need to adjust them as left is a little higher than right. Will do that when I get back next week.
Drives nice. Panic stopped a couple times, and like all 4runners, nosedives. But it, stops pretty good.
When I got it, tire pressure was at 44. Lowered it to 36psi, seems good. Tires are low quality Sailun Terramax HLTs. Brand new, but will eventually get better ones.
Underneath is clean.
Only issue, is the bumper. It has the gap.. Will get it fixed upon return, as dealership I bought from said they will get it done..
