To answer my own question. Maybe this will save others some time while doing complete overhaul of their brake system.
Took me a while to find a good diagram and part numbers for the tubes. This diagram is the best one that I found so far, part numbers have change for some items though. Image comes from

FRONT
- 4731760131 - Left
- 4731460311 - Right
REAR
- 47327-60210 - Left
- 47326-60360 - Right
Seems that these are the tubes that are most prone to corrosion.
