I just had my 2011 with 145,000 miles in for the airbag recall, and also had done:

Power steering fluid
Transmission fluid
Brakes/ brake fluid, had a rear driver side dragging caliper too...
Spark plugs were recommended but I didn't do it, OG plugs still.

Long ago I had the prop shafts lubed (driveshaft zerks?), they were dry. Should probably have that done again.

Up next I think I'll change the fluid in the front and rear diffs and transfer case. Rear for sure.
I don't think I've ever had the coolant flushed/ filled but I'd guess that is on the radar.

Our 2014 SR 5 has the same dragging caliper on rear driver's side. Pads wear unevenly. Guess I should replace the caliper.

Plugs should be done every 120K miles. Longer you leave them in there, the greater the chance they get stuck in there.

2010 Limited 143,000 miles. Driver side stop light not working. Bulb must be bad. Nope bulb is good. What then. Clean contacts and still not working. Bend contacts on bulb holder out a little more and it works fine. XM radio been bad for years now but who cares about that. Not me.

My 2016 Trial is going in for 140K Routine Servicing on Wednesday. June 2022 will make it 5 years since I bought it new. I was doing way more driving but since I've been WFH since March 2020, I'm not driving as much as I use to. The only major repair that I had was replacing my leaking water pump around the 108K-Mile mark. Will be interesting to see how my Runner holds up over the next 5 years. I'd like to get 300K on the ODO before thinking about upgrading to a Land Cruiser.

just keep driving it. bring a spare drive belt just in case. those coolant hose, lasts a very long time. bring a spare alternator or get your radiator replaced before a very long trip. i think those are the most important to keep the car moving.

Prop shafts are supposed to be lubed every 5K miles.

I just replaced rear brakes on my 2011 with 71500 miles. Same issue with driver's rear inner pad worn as if caliper is hanging up. That wheel continued to smell like the caliper was hanging up. Replaced the brake hardware and applied light CRC brake grease to the hardware. Thoroughly cleaned & put fresh grease on pins. Caliper is no longer hanging up. Hopefully that was the problem.

2012 SR5 with 167K on it and exists as a dedicated off-road adventure vehicle:

Maintenance Schedule (Purchased with 71K on the odo so previous maintenance knowledge is spotty)
-Regular Mobil 1 synth oil and filter changes every 10,000 miles. Also grease all drivetrain zerks
-Engine coolant flush at 80K
-Transmission fluid drain and filter replacement at 144K
-Diff and transfer case fluid at 77K, 144K
-Spark Plugs at 150K
-Brake Fluid at 120K
-Brake pads and rotors at 73K, 117K
-Timing belt at 134K
-Various suspension setups: Bilstein 6112s, Icon CDCV and currently KING 2.5s w/custom length rears

Things that have broken:
-Multiple inner and outer tie rods
-Power steering rack at 133K

Well the pads were replaced more frequently. I just meant that the caliper and rotor were replaced at that mileage.

Just sold a 9.5 year old Honda with 89K miles. Still had the original timing belts. If the new owner wanted to take that car on a 5,000 mile road trip around the USA, it’d make it with ZERO problems. You’ll be fine. If after inspecting the car the dealership can’t identify any potential issues, I would not worry.

I suppose the only worry is hoses. You could always change them now. They’ll go another 10 years. If you don’t plan on keeping the car for 20 years, then might as well do them now as opposed to waiting for one of them to crack.

I've got an 02 that just 310k...12 years older than yours and we're at the same mileage!

Nope my 2016 Limited had to have all new suspension because it was the X-Res.
2 of the front shocks started leaking so the whole systems had to be replaced. 140K miles.

You do off-roading? Just curious. I have the X-REAS shocks on my 2004 at 131,000 and no leaks. My 4Runner handles great with a 23' travel trailer or the 17' bass boat. I really like the X-REAS.
