Every RMA I've ever dealt with across the board that was due to the company's error was shipped back on their dime and the replacement was shipped on their dime as well. Belltech just did this same thing on a lowering kit I ordered for my dually. They sent me a kit for a 1500 which would not have cut it obviously.
