There's a natural frequency of a typical person's stride. According to some literature I've read on suspension tuning, if the frequency of the cycles of the suspension is far off from the body's natural frequency it tends to cause motion sickness. Generally motion sickness is associated with frequency below 1hz. So I think the target should be to increase the shock damping force to speed up the natural frequency of the system.
You could start with something as simple as increased tire pressure to test.
But then id consider firmer shocks. Lots of options. Either 5100s or 4600 Bilstein are popular. You could start just on the rear and see if that helps enough. It the cheapest place to swap shocks. Fronts probably help more but it's more involved and $ to do.
