I have an OBDLink MX+ and like it a lot. It's very capable. I've used it on my '13 VW, an '07 suburban and mostly on my '15 Ram. The expandable features for reading more data on different vehicles is very handy. The reason I use mine on the Ram so much is to provide a data path to run AlphaOBD which is a program that I believe is similar to Techstream but for Chrysler products. I've enabled/disabled many features on my truck that would otherwise have to be done by the dealership.
