Question for my brothers 5th gen (I'm a third gen owner)

Is this too much space underneath the bushings? If so, any suggestions on what to do? Like I said, I'm clueless on 5th gens, thanks in advance.

If that is the lower ball joint. The torque spec is 103 ft lbs. Undo the castle nut and rétorque it to spec replace the cotter pin.

If that is Lower or Upper ball joint that is not a bushing, it is just a boot so that would not indicate excessive play.

That is the boot on the lower ball joint.

They are designed to purge a little grease under some circumstances. There is still grease being contained by the boot. There's no reason to loosen the castellated nut and re-torque.

IT"S FINE.
