retention washers for front bolts and bushings 4runner TRD Pro front skid plate

Where do I get those thin washers that hold the TRD Pro front skid plate bolts and bushings on the skid plate?
What are they called?
Talked with two different dealerships and they haven't a clue what I'm talking about.

I need to buy a few of those... hate those TRD skid plates when the retention washers get broken or lost...

I recently got a knock off TRD style skid off Amazon and the retainers that came with it were just thin, semi-rigid plastic. I don't know what the OEM solution is but if/when I need more I'm just gonna cut some more out of plastic. I figure pretty much any of the rigid, clear plastic from the packaging of retail goods should work.

I'm also planning on getting some all thread and making guide rods so it's easier to rehang the skid after an oil change.

There is a thread on how to replace the bolts with studs for easier mounting of the skid plate: TRD Skid Plate Mounted w/ Studs 2010-2021
