What is everyone doing to protect the cat converters?

Just got a 22 ORP w/XP. Started to read stolen cat stories. Plus some having to wait months for the part to come in. Getting a bit paranoid and want to know what you guys are doing if anything?

RCI, RSG, CBI, C4, and others all have cat protection i believe!

I am going with RSGs, they have a local shop, so easy pick up for both those and the sliders.

There was a thread with RCI skids that looked pretty slick, and that had cc protection

Is that completely installed? I see a stock skid unbolted.

These are RCI cat protectors - attach to transmission skid. Just installed them a few weeks ago. With a lift, I appreciate the extra protection.

I also went through this fear phase. Got my ORP in early April. Got over it in two weeks. I live in a condo, so less of a chance my cat will get hacked off. If you park on the street, then I suppose your concern is valid.

However, I live in Los Angeles. There is no way there is any place in NC that is worse than Los Angeles for CAT and vehicle theft.

Parking it on our ranch in SW Montana where they've been social distancing since statehood in 1889.

I figure an AR-15 with a decent scope would be good enough for my needs...
