Swing out bumper bouncing on highway

So I was almost ready to order a dual swing out bumper, but came across a thread where someone mentioned the bumper caused bouncing while driving on concrete freeways/highways. Led me down a rabbit hole searching on Google and reading other forums. Some people have reported no issues, some having the bounce. So…for those that have swingouts, do you experience this bounce? Not talking about the minimal tire carrier movement, but actual bouncing of the suspension that could result in sketchy handling.

spot on...plus maybe shocks are worn out....combine this with road undulations and you get "porpoising".

farther the tire is away from the tire carrier and away from the spindle, more likely that leverage will cause carrier shake.
