40pmh pulse - drivers side. Halp

right when hit 40mph i am getting a long drawn out pulse (lasts maybe 1/2 second to second long - not quick like a heartbeat). Coming from drivers side (wheel area).
Goes away as i accelerate but between 40-48mph its noticeable in the floorboard.

ive had a 3/2 lift for about 5 years now - no spacers. Tires were just balanced 2 mo ago when i changed them.

Brakes... probably getting up there but last visit to toyota they were still good.

Ideas I think it might be?
- Tires out of balance (going to swap wheels this week to see if issue goes away)
- Wheel bearing - not sure how i would check...
- cv axle going - maybe someone knows if this is a sign of this?
- warped rotor - it did shake violently one time when i hit the brakes hard (but has never done it since... first thing that came to mind was sticking caliper?)

Thoughts? Anyone have this happen before

With such a long cycle time it doesn’t sound like anything that’s spinning (engine, drivetrain, wheels, shafts, axles).

only happens in 2wd - looked into this last night.

Found this video - almost exact same noise and same scenario...

Sounds just like the needle bearing in my Tacoma after I lifted it. That’s why some people describe it as a rumble strip feeling. It’s like you hit some rumble strips in the road, then smooth road, then rumble strips again. If you can put it in 4x4 when it is happening and it goes away you know for sure it is the needle bearing. I’d recommend replacing it with a bushing from ECGS.
