Allright, someone, real simple like...
Explain to me how, if it is still available, does Entune work? Finding info online is non existent. Only thing I've found is how to set it up with your phone, but the app is nowhere to be found in the Play store. Latest version is 3.0? I found Entune suite website, but nada for my 2017 TRD OR. Or has Toyota sold me a Toyota Certified Used vehicle with obsolete tech?

Entune has been bungled and rebranded so many times over the years. Starting off as a range of head unit levels, then the app suite, and seemingly going back to the range of head units with the Toyota app taking over the Entune app’s place.

the toyota navigation tech is seriously on the struggle bus. I have a 2012 and sometimes I just hit the CD load button just to see the whole nav screen flip down to give me access to the CD load port. it cracks me up every single time who designed that crap hahaha

I found all of that. I am assuming since the app is not available in the Play store, Toyota no longer offers it? I assume it was to connect, via your phone, to online apps that could be downloaded to the Toyota head unit?
I connect to my head unit via BT and use Spotify with zero issue. So I bought a vehicle form Toyota that has tech that is no longer supported, correct?
So WTF is Toyota Engage? I saw something about remote starts, remote lock/unlock, etc, but now I am registered its no where to be found? I am guessing it those were for other Toyota models? I can remote start by pressing the lock button, hold button thing, but F me. Even Jeep was farther ahead on tech in 2017.

My ‘18 SR5 that I bought used in July ‘19 came with a separate Entune manual in the glovebox. Darn near as thick as the manual for the truck.
