LCA Bushing Replacement

Ordered bushings from toytec for 2016 trd pro, they came in showing 10-20 4Runner w/ dynamic suspension. Seeing as I don’t have kdss will these still work? Manufactured by energy suspension and they are trying to figure out an answer, figured I’d try here also.

Yeah did that. They haven’t had anyone ask that question but are reasonably sure they will work haha.

No difference between the bushings with KDSS or not, but not worth the hassle of replacing just the bushings. Are your bushings cracked? If not, you're probably wasting your time

Easier?
I wouldn't bet on that . They were a MF'er on a Tacoma I did ,same design .
I had to use a torch and burn them out.

White Line is what most Taco and 3rd gen use and has the Rep.
W53522 Control-arm-lower-inner-bushing
– Whiteline USA

I have a set of them to do my 3rd gen 4runner with 260k miles but skeered to tackle em.lol
Not a fun job1
No play in them but just know it's time.

When the time comes I would rather pay for Dirt King upgraded LCA than do the bushings in the stock LCA.

This thread is in the 4th gen section, but it's a very similar procedure as the 5th gen.
@y=mx+b does a pretty detailed step by step.
LCA bushing replacement

When I did my 4th Gen a couple of years ago I gave up trying to get the old bushings out and bought new from 1Aauto and replaced those bushings with Super Pro. The bushings on a new LCA come out pretty easy.
