2016 4 Runner engine block coolant drain

Hi All,
Doing a coolant flush on my 2016 with the 1FR-FE engine and looking for the block cololant drain plug...my service info on Mitchell shows it below the oil filler neck and is a banjo fitting...not real clear...is this the drain ??

It's a 1GR-FE engine and the second version in the 5th Gens. It's on passenger side ,right behind the engine mount top aft bolt.

It has a small drain and brass(gold) looking 10mm bolt head. It's a drain valve and not to be taken completely out.
Caution :The torque is only 9 ft/lbs (108 in/lbs)and can strip easily if over tightened.

Edit : I just looked at the factory repair manual and it has that exact same shitty misleading picture that Mitchell copied . It's actually pointing through the block to the pass side and called a drain cock. lol.
You realize the 2016 repair manual is here somewhere to be downloaded?

Thanks !!....I'll go look for it and right now I'm letting the engine cool down...Maybe I'll subscribe to Alldata and see if their info is better..thanks again.
