Rear toe? The 4Runner has a solid rear axle and toe is not adjustable. If it is truly out, the dealer should offer to replace the rear axle under warranty.
Many dealers, including mine, have a quick alignment check machine when you drive into the service area. I think those are suspect; there to get revenue for the dealer. Just last week when I was in for annual service, they said my front camber was out, despite my having an alignment a year ago. When I pointed that out, the dealer insisted that they had never done an alignment on my 4Runner. When I pressed them, they then said the camber being out was OK because I had a lift. Bottom line: you just can't trust dealer service departments.
