Yea, too bad it's now impossible to find a decent low-pro bumper for the early 5th gens. At this point I'm thinking about doing the entire front end swap and getting a low-pro for that.

I don't think anyone makes them anymore. Such low volume, but I was lucky enough to pre-order C4's when they released it a few years back. Been debating full bumper or not...we'll see

What's considered an early 5th gen?

I went full bumper with my 2010. Ended up lucking out and getting on the 1st shrockworks pre-order. If you peruse back through my posts you'll see it. I even had the spacer pieces painted body color to match. It was pretty clutch looking. That thing took a FULL DAY and 3 runs to the local Ace hardware for hardware though.

2010-2013 probably. I think 2014 is when they released the redesigned front grill on them.

Much appreciated! The tent itself is around 200lbs and i keep all of my recovery gear in the pelican case, which includes a shovel and axe. I would guess 250ish lbs uptop but that doesnt include my fully stocked drawer system and rear bumper LOL. I run Dobinsons C59-329 in the rear to account for all of the extra weight

I was trying to figure out what all you had up there. Looked like you had an awning, pelican case, and some other stuff!
I admit I lucked into this 4runner. I have to figure out exactly what all it has on it, whether its just a mall-crawler lift to look cool and fit the 35's or what.

I have the pelican case with recovery gear and a 175W Solar panel (mainly for the fridge in the back) up top. Then I have an awning on the driver side and a privacy tent and water port on the passenger side.
Have fun fitting 35s lol im on 34s and had to trim a lot of my fender liner (mainly full flex) prior to that I had a bmc, pinch welds flattened, and spindle gussets. Which offset of wheels will also play a huge factor on much rub you’ll get. If you plan on off-roading I’d recommend to regear…

Pics for motivation
I truly miss the slimline style of bumpers.
