Driving squeaks

Did a quick search but no recent related hits. Essentially, getting what sounds like rubber squeaks on turning and while going over bumps. Am guessing this is not uncommon on a 6 year old car. Is it just the rubber bushes that would need replacing? For reference, the car has been driven in TX mainly. Thanks!

its funny on my 2022 TRD Off road (roughly 14,000kms) ive noticed a small squeak from the driver side suspension at low speeds. Ive never noticed it before since my windows are usually down.

But it seems like its a bushing of some sort, it's going into service soon so ill keep you updated if they find anything!

My 2021 squeaks as well over speed bump or driveway transitions.

My 2020 has been squeaking for a last few thousand miles(only have 23k)
Thought it was the 5100’s but it turned out to be the front hood. Never would have thought it would be the hood in a million years.
Thankful for this forum to help diagnose!
It was driving me insane

All my 4runners with KDSS squeak. It drove me nuts and still is. On my 2019, I had the bushings replaces under warranty, seemed to take the squeak away but I didn't have that truck too long to see if the squeak would come back.

Happens to me on speed bumps, transitional driveways as many of you mentioned.

I am very curious if anyone has figured out this mystery sound yet. Might be bushings but I can't confirm but it did temporarily work until I sold off and got my 2022 (which squeaks again).

This right here! The service guy was laughing at us because we told him we thought it was the suspension and when we picked it up he told us it was the rubber under the hood! They’d spent well over an hour checking everything underneath.

Rear sway bar bushing is what always creaks for me

Nope, it’s just two round rubber bumper, caps, studs, whatever they’re called. One on either side at the front. Apparently, they’re adjustable.

Engine bay splash guards. They get hard as they age and get real squeaky. Reach behind the tire and give them a little jiggle and you'll hear them squeak.

Just turn those 2 rubber bump stop looking things for the hood counter-clock wise 1 full turn. That’s it. Don’t do more than that or it’ll put too much tension on the hood and make it hard to open hood with latch. I watched a YouTube video on it and said to myself “no way, but worth a try”. So glad i did
I greased the hood latch while I was under there. Been quiet ever since. Been about a week now …

Same here out of factory. Once I installed the Dobinsons IMS it went away.
