Lasfit Ditch light review w/ complete install video

As several have posted recently. I also was able to get in on the Lasfit Ditch Light Testing invitation.

I'd previously had some cheap lights I was running, which I had laying around from my previous vehicle. I bought some brackets, wired them up and mounted them. They were more or less useless. Shortly after Lasfit sent me some ditch lights to test out. Compared to the cheap brand the build quality and output was hands down better. I don't want to rehash everything I made a video over but overall the lights are solid. Even the wiring pigtails and connectors they send are impressive. If you have basic wiring knowledge and can turn a wrench, the install is simple and can be done in a couple hours. In fact the hardest part is fishing the wiring through the firewall.

One thing I really like about the lights, beside the output, is the interchangeable lens. I have the clear lense but you can get yellow and vice versa. The lense is also a thick polycarbonate so it's durable and won't crack of break easily. They are sealed extremely well and having used them in the rain several days and washed the 4R several times, I don't see any issues.

Check out the video for an in depth install and overview! I think you'll love the quality and the price even more! Shameless plug, the price point of Lasfit products is really competitive. I've used cheap Amazon brand LEDs and vled's higher tier stuff and the price and output is definitely the best I've used.

Here's some pics of just the lights mounted in a daytime setting so you can see how they look.

I'll add a couple sets of night pictures in the next post as well. Also let me add, these are the flood light beam pattern. Lasfit makes other beam patterns but for me the flood lights work best. The light throw isnt as far as the driving beam or the spot beam but it lights up a good sized area really well. It enables me to see more stuff but not further, so they arent ideal if you want lights for driving at speed.

The first picture is just headlights on. for reference the trees are about 30'-40' away from my 4R.

The second picture is headlights and ditch lights on.

The third picture is just the ditch lights on

The fourth picture is a shot looking at the passenger side with only headlights one.

The last picture of the same angle, passenger side, with the ditch lights on.

Here's a few more shots I took at a random warehouse district lol. The roll up door is about 3-4 car lengths away.

Again, first picture is with only the headlights on.

The second picture is with the headlights off and ditch lights on.

Third picture is headlights on only.

Fourth picture is headlights off, ditch lights on.

The last picture is ditch lights only.
