Update: I emailed them and they asked for pictures. I sent them pictures of the condensation on Thursday and no reply. I just sent a follow up to them to see if they reply. I also tried following their video of how to remove condensation and it does not work permanently. It does remove the condensation temporarily while it is hot, but the vent hole is so small I don't think it actually lets any condensation out, so once I plugged it up and let it cool, all the condensation came right back.
