Are you preparing for the fall road trip? —— Lasfit Floor Mats Testing Invitation
Hello everyone,
Summer has flown by! Is anyone planning the fall road trips or trails? What do you usually do to make your vehicle road trip more comfortable?
You probably don't think about your vehicle's floor mats all that often. Only when you spill coffee or track mud into your car when you haul around dogs and small children on weekends, the floor mats will make themselves important by saving your car from being a hot mess.
So, getting all-weather floor mats is always the smart way to go! Lasfit prepares the must-have accessories for your next road trip! We would like to invite 5 4runner owners to test out them with a special offer. If you're interested in trying them, welcome to contact us!
Please contact us by email in the format below:
1. contact email: [email protected]
2. Title: Your forum user name - Lasfit floor mats review
3. The email content includes:
* The year and trim of your Toyota 4runner
* What are your current floor mats? OEM or aftermarket?
* What are your expectations from new floor mats and how do you want them to improve your vehicle life?
NOTE:
This program is only for the US members. We don't ship items to Canada or other countries and areas at the moment. Thank you for your understanding!
Why do you need them? Outstanding features for Lasfit floor mats:
1. Well worth it: Mats for the Custom 1st and 2nd row are less than $110.
2. Perfectly matches: These mats fit like a glove without any loose/gappy on the sides. The lip can hold the mud and melted snow.
3. Easy to Clean: They have a rubber feel and are easy to take out. So Lasfit doesn’t take nearly enough effort to clean. Just simply take off the floor liners from the car, rinse it vigorously with a hose, and then dry it with a cloth.

If they are better than the factory rubbers for keeping sand off the carpet, count me in.

I'm using Husky's right now which are OK, but don't fit super well and arrived kind of warped along the edges. They have never laid out flat. They are Made in the USA which is a big deal to me. Where are these Lasfit ones made? I'd like to try them out. I have 3 dogs (20lb, 40lb and 60lb) and we are constantly camping, boating, rock climbing and biking all over AZ and the surrounding states. Interested to see how these fare...

This has been posted by them before. I tried to do the test by responding but several back and forth with them asking questions about what I was looking for, what I liked and disliked about my huskies, etc, never resulted in me getting anything to test.
Please post if you ever get any test mats
My take, just fishing for ideas to improve their product.

Yeah they offered me a discount on their products. It wasn't worth the time I spent back and forth with them.

I’ll try to help you guys out, and get there attention.
Keep in mind, when it came to testing their lighting criteria they do have specific criteria I had to meet. Not sure what they are for floor mats. I’ll try my best to get their attention.

They never told me of any specific criteria. Just kept asking questions, which I answered.

I really hope they aren't just "fishing". Seems like a crappy way to lose brand loyalty. I purchased their 22" amber lightbar a couple weeks ago and have been very happy with it (price to performance ratio).

fishing like this is probably the most scummy way to go about business. I have no idea if they are doing this so I'm not accusing. I've had people try and 'fish' me on a professional level for consulting services. absolute scummy way to go about business and can be spotted a MILE away. either pay to play or not at all, don't waste people's time

No response from Lastfit is a response.
I compare this to my interaction with Diode Dynamics a couple of weeks ago. I was interested in their SL1 bulb for my lows. I read on another thread that the SL1 were a little too large for the base and reached out to customer service to verify. Within 30 minutes, I had a response back from them indicating that they had some reports that the SL1 might be too large. They indicated that while some folks had managed to install them, they didn't want me to have a negative experience with their product and that I shouldn't purchase it. I then asked about the SLf bulb and immediate response was that it probably didn't have the power I was looking for. Although I was disappointed that the bulbs wouldn't fit, I was pleasantly surprised by their response. No upselling at all. They knew that brand recognition and loyalty is everything in this business.

The difference though is when a company reaches out to people under the guise of product testing, with no intention of actually sending them a product to test. free products to test get people interested and the repeated asking of questions in salvo's case is just free market research. even if they did intend to send him something and for whatever reason it just didn't work out - at least show respect for his time with a gift certificate or something
your interaction with diode is different and is a good example of how a business should behave

I really like these floor mats, and I'm planning to submit my pictures and review for these, but one major annoyance that I'd love an answer on is why the heck these rings don't stay in place. I drove in sandals and barely moved my feet and noticed that both of these came loose from basic driving around town. Seems like a serious safety hazard

It's a pity that we don't have the all-weather floor mats for 2010-2013 years at the moment.
