check out the Nguyen Works Instagram... nguyen_works - it has quite a few pics of 5th gen rear bumpers with crossmember still in place. they look really clean with the delete, but IMO still look great with the cm still intact.

So you only want high clearance at the rear most corners of the truck?

trd_grey_mamba on IG has the outgear solutions bumper. I don't think he still has the crossmember though, but it's hard to tell. best to just go to the outgearsolutions IG page as see

Technically you would not loose any real clearance by leaving the crossmember, except down the center of the bumper....as the frame rails are still present. The lowest point is your limiting factor.

I have their bumper with the crossmember, and below are a couple of pictures for reference. The last two show a crossmember cover that I designed, and it really cleans up the look.
IMO, I would ask around about other issues and not worry so much about the crossmember. Start asking people that have about 8-10k miles on the bumper what their thoughts are. This would be my concern in the bumper decision, and not the crossmember.

Any chance you weighed your bumper before mounting it? I’d be curious to see how much weight this adds in the rear. My CBI is pushing near 250-275 lbs. I could see this being at least 100 lbs less

Just the bumper without the swingout, my guess is 120lbs or less since there isn't much material to it.

Look at that same thing from the side. Its not a straight down rectangle as your photo portrays it to be.
The crossmember would extend beyond the rear bumper and sit under it 3-4”
