‘23 TRD ORP HOURS OLD.But how about this nav? Also came with HEATED STEERING WHEEL

Dealer knew nothing about heated steering wheel as standard equipment.
Within an hour of picking it up headed to Frisco (North Dallas) about 175 miles away. Know the trip very well but wanted to use my new navigation.
I’m guessing somewhere in this less than stellar machine there must be a switch that says “no toll roads for you”.
I put in the address and three routes popped up, none being the correct one with the North Dallas Toll Road.
So what the hell. I picked one and drive my normal route figure it will automatically adjust like my Garmin. All along the way it gave cut offs from I-35 just after the exits (could not have made them if i wanted).
Then when i drove onto the toll road it tried to make every exit a off point for me. Missing half by several 100 yards. It did not want to be on the toll!
Any ideas please

I don't plan on using my nav much but I will be thrilled if mine also comes with a heated steering wheel.

I thought you were getting an SR5 Premium? You made an upgrade to the ORP for sure.

Yours will have the heated wheel. Everyone else has in 2023’s.
The second look at the “allocation” saw SR5 had 3rd row seats. After this long said the hell with color and model.
Really happy what worked out. It’s really 4wd overload as the other 4wd would have been just fine but this will work.

OK, I read you original thread and saw the 2nd edit. The 3rd row seating was an absolute no go for me as well. I was considering a Lexus GX but it came with the 3rd row standard so the Lexus was eliminated. The 3-4 inch rise where the 3rd row folds into was too high for me to comfortably move stuff in and out of the rear liftgate.

I also saw your post on the other website. Nice poodle.

Well, congrats for you. I’m a little bummed as I picked up a 2022 today and would have waited and ordered a 2023 for the heated steering wheel alone. Oh well.

Congrats on the new ride! This happened to me as well last month when we went to pick it up. I didn't have a charging cable with me for Apple car play so I used the nav on the 4Runner. It did exactly what you were talking about. I just turned it off and used Google maps on my phone until I got back into familiar area.

Does the wheel have heat all the way around or just in a couple of spots like some cheaper vehicles?

WOW! I had no idea heated steering wheel is a new feature.

My '22 doesn't have it which sucks, but I guess being in So California I wouldn't use it too much anyways. Super cool they added that though!
