Which Goose Gear Setup
So…I currently have a homemade single sided drawer and put my fridge on the opposite side. I don’t have a fridge slide at the moment, but since it’s not sitting high on top of a drawer, it works out okay right now. I eventually want to do a dual drawer setup, but the fridge will be too tall (even on a 8” tall drawer and fridge slide). It will make reaching into the fridge difficult and I’ll have to do it blind. I know they offer slides that tilt so that could be another option.
This got me thinking, I know Goose Gear offers a dual drawer measured at 41 3/4” wide x 36” depth x 8” height made for our 5th Gens. I also see that they offer single drawer options in 21 3/16” wide and also 19 3/16” wide that attach to their plate system. If my math serves me correct, the two single drawer options combined is the exact width dimension as their dual drawer at 41 3/4”. Would this allow me to unbolt one side and put my fridge in there? Then remove the fridge and bolt down one of the drawers again? I don’t leave my fridge in there full time, but would like to have the option to have an empty drawer that I can lock if I’m carrying stuff I want out of sight.
