Glad you weren't injured. I'd also recommend you make a list of any add ons and modifications as these should be taken into account for the value of the vehicle.

Keep in mind the insurance company's job is to mitigate their losses. Stick to your guns and don't let them push you around. Also I hope you filed a police report, just in case the other driver claims it wasn't their fault.
