I can't hear your video well enough to determine anything, (diminished hearing over a lifetime of loud cars, motorcycles, music, etc) but I have set up lots of gears.

If they are quiet when coasting, and making noise or rumbling when on the gas, there is an issue. Since supposedly everything is new, that would indicate that it wasn't set up correctly.

I can hear the noise and your Bean Town accent.

Why 4.88 gears in the rear?

Damn did they use a rasp file and do the tolerances by hand? That thing sounds really rough. For comparison I was doing some basic testing this weekend listening to my diffs after I did a dump and put in Redline. I cant even hear them, coasting, under load or whatever.
