Fog light bulb replacement - the quicker way

There is an easier way to replace your fog light bulbs other than having to go through the fender liner. Both fog lights can be reached by reaching from the bottom underneath the front. Most posts/videos I've seen showed that you need to remove the fender liner. Finally replaced the driver side factory OEM bulb after owning for 7years since new. I saw this vid and realized you can do the same on the driver side. Cheers!

In my experience this won't work on the 2010-2013 model years, at least it wouldn't on my 2011 Limited. There's too much plastic in the way. I HAVE to go through the fender.

Alternatively, just do what I did and rip out the fender liner entirely.

it does work with the early 5th gens! I put in baja fogs a few months ago and did not need to go through the fender liner. but I also don't have the side air dam pieces of plastic trim on mine (the ones that are "supposed" to channel air to the brakes). I didn't need to remove any trim, just undo one bolt per side at the bottom and push the existing trim out of the way

there was ample room for me to work without a lift at stock height. if you remove some of the bottom plastic trim you can do it without going through the fender

I've not seen this needing to be done for the fogs, I was able to access them no issue from below, the ones that are impossible to access with the fender liner are the front turn signals

Early 5th gen (2010-2013) Trail is easy access for fogs under the bumper. Marker bulbs in headlights are friggin nightmare.
