2021 non-JBL - choosing DSP / AMP - high end

From countless searching, I have not come up with a proven solution. I am looking to keep my non-JBL head unit and add an Amplifier with new speakers. Appears the sock head unit is using all pass filters with delay. I have seen ones just use a dsp/amp to using a JL Fix with a Twk along with amplification. Some have used the Audio Control DM-608 with an amp. The only all in one solution I found is the Helix V Eight DSP MK II. The Audison Prima AP F8.9 bit looks good however ones still used something to equalize the stock head unit output. Is there a proven JL all in one solution? Any others?

Seems like the Helix is answer, however finding a dealer is the issue. Same with Audison.
Another solution I pondered was to just use the rear speaker lines and map the amp outputs. Seems like the rear would be the cleanest.

Goal:
Amp- ? Looking for loc, dsp, 8ch, possibly 6ch, extra line out for subwoofer amp
Front speakers - Looking at CDT wideband system 4D or Audio Frog gs25 / gs690.
Rears- possibly in future if front does not go 3 way

To sum things up.. It be more cost effective and simpler to setup if I can find an amp that can do it all. I would like to be able to purchase from Crutchfield etc...

Appreciate any advice on a solution... Thanks..

I have a Helix Dsp/amp (Match branded) and it works well, but I don't have to deal with input signal correction as I have an aftermarket head unit (Pioneer). Regarding an integrated dsp/amp, you could also take a look and research the Mini DSP Harmony that comes with Dirac Live., although not sure if it has analog inputs. You can purchase it directly from them.MiniDSP Harmony

I have the Unity 8 speakers from CDT which I think are the ones that are part of the set mentioned above and they are excellent for a wideband.

It does not appear that the Mini Dsp can do line level inputs. This would be alot simpler if the aftermarket radio adapter would grow on me..

What are you running in your doors? Any rear fill?

The doors are 6.5 CDTs but dont remember the model. Since I already had them I decided to gave them a try on a 2-way with tweeters in the dash, but didn't like just tweeters in the dash. I tried them with the CDT widebands and was pleasantly surprised. That being said, if I was starting from scratch I would give the CDT 6x9 a try as I think they would match nicely with the wideband. If you go with an integrated dsp/amp, power is usually limited, so keep an eye on the sensitivity of the speakers. I'm not doing any rear fill, although I have "Rear speakers" (2-way 6.5) in the hatch that I turn on when I have the liftgate open (car parked) and want to play some tunes.

Gotcha.. Another work around I see would be to use a Audison Bit Con run into an amp. Use phone for high res audio source. Helix is probably going to be the answer. Appreciate your incite... Tks

I suggest looking into the D series DSP/Amp combos from Audiocontrol. They aren't as popular on the car audio forums as Helix or Mosconi, but it does line level channel summing and the preamp outputs have DSP control if you need more than 5 or 6 channels. I have the d5.1300 and my only regret (besides my lack of tuning expertise) is not getting d6.1200 because now I want to run a 3way active front stage & more power to my sub.

They are a bit pricey on Crutchfield, I got mine from an authorized retailer on ebay for considerably less than MSRP.
