So sorry this happened with a brand-new truck, but it looks fixable. Assuming the wheel/suspension were not involved and the frame isn't bent most of that is cosmetics, and hopefully it will look brand-new again once fixed. Best of luck!

Primary aspects of the ladder frame wouldn’t have been affected there it’s been tweaked up front where it all goes together like Leggo. I agree with the other guys estimate. In Toronto that’s an entire front end for sure with this insurance industry, If the front tire has a mark, mudflap, those too. 25K easily.
Doesn’t look like anything major component wise like Rad or AC system but again, out here it would be stripped down back to the doors and looked at. Put on one of those laser grid machines shined at the front to make a final decision if it’s going back together while you wait on all those new parts for months.
No way the insurance out here would risk even an old nut or bolt going back on it. Patched wiring, nope. Plastic push clips etc., they can’t risk anything OEM safety system wise being misaligned a hair or whatever. They would have it sent to a dealer for final calibration and sign off. So anyway, I’m afraid you’re in for a long road to repair if they decide it’s worth it. Sorry about your luck and glad you’re ok.

Here's my two cents on bumpers having own my truck for 10+ years.
If anyone plans on keeping their *modded 4R for a long time, get a metal bumper.
My truck has been stolen and crashed multiple times, once with a partial bumper.
I now have a full metal bumper and will never look back.

ONE other thing and this is important....
many time an insurance company will try to use non oem parts or even oem parts from another wreck. If your truck was 2 years old its hard to argue if they put a 1 year old headlight assembly (from say a totaled truck that hit in the rear and the lights are good)as they are getting it back to pre wreck condition...they call these part "like, kind or quality". BUT your truck is NEW, so only settle for NEW parts. Their insurance company may try to screw you and sat that the policy calls for LKQ parts and you get what you get.....remind them that their policy / contract is with THEIR insured, not you and you need to be made whole and in reality a lkq part for your truck would be new. Remember, they will try to screw you to save themselves money.

One thing I am curious about, but how do you know if they put on new and/or OEM parts or not? Can't they just not do so and then lie and say they did...?

The insurance companies are not your good neighbor, they are not fair and friendly, they won’t give you a piece of the rock, you are not in good hands, fifteen minutes won’t save you 15%. Don’t let them rush you, don’t give in, take the time to consult a few good attorneys. You bought a new vehicle, your new vehicle better be made new or they should buy one for you. After all, Toyota or whoever financed your rig will still be expecting your monthly payment, even with it wrecked and sitting in the shop.
Your experience sucks. But I’m happy that you’re OK and that the 4Runner protected you. Good to know they’re stout in a wreck.

From what you’ve described, it might be worth having a professional inspect it to determine if it’s totaled. Damage to the front passenger side, causing a 90-degree turn, could be significant. When I had a similar issue, getting a thorough inspection helped clarify things with the insurance. If you’re unsure about dealing with the aftermath, you might want to check out these truck accident lawyers. They helped me sort through the mess after an accident, making sure everything was handled properly.

Considering this happened over a year and a half ago, and the OP last posted two days after they joined, the situation has likely been resolved.

he's probably still waiting on parts if it hasn't been totaled

That was most likely a bot pawning off some ambulance chaser lawyers from the way it reads.
