I can see where it might be appealing to some for sure, but it's certainly not for me. As a pre-2016/17 owner I have the screen with MPG/Time/Temp on the screen in that location, which would be blocked. I also like the other options that provide an additional power port in the location, such as the ICS mount I chose.

The simplicity of it might make it a good choice for some. Always nice to have options and its good to see people still innovating new ideas for our aging platform.

She’s not the belle of the ball is she? The Picatinny rails do dress her up a bit though.

I prefer the LabOps Gear dash mount. Much more elegant.

The pic rail solution is probably the worst setup i have seen. Labops is the best.

So why are there two Allen wrenches stored in it? Are they needed that regularly?
