I can't really tell what I'm looking at in those pictures, but if it's down behind the power steering pump:
Get 4-5 cans of brake cleaner and the items below. Clean and replace that oil line. Decent chance that will fix your leak. If not, it's probably the timing cover seal and you have a much bigger job, if you want to bother with it.
I know you shouldn't have to replace a hard line like this, but I have seen several cases where the line itself was leaking, not the bolt or gaskets.
