Hello friends!
I have a 2023 TRD OR with stock everything.
When driving 45+ MPH, and turning the wheel back and forth slightly (or just turning it and then it returning to center) the steering wheel shakes/shimmys as if it's wobbling. A good comparison is driving over rumble strips in the road. It only does it about 5 degrees to each side of center then it goes away. It does it both left and right. It's not particularly a vibration, it's more of a wobble/shake.
It does it 100% of the time. The dealership is clueless, they do feel it, but cannot just start replacing parts willy-nilly.
I've posted two videos to see if anyone sees anything of note.
Let me know your thoughts. It doesn't really shimmy/shake in a straight line. I really only see posts here about the 4runner shake, and this is a bit different.
Notes:
Wheels have been balanced twice and road force is less than 15
Truck has been aligned 3 times. Castor is at 3+
No rocks or malformation in tires. Have had a complete new set of tires no change
