2023 Wobble/Shimmy only when turning at speed

Hello friends!

I have a 2023 TRD OR with stock everything.

When driving 45+ MPH, and turning the wheel back and forth slightly (or just turning it and then it returning to center) the steering wheel shakes/shimmys as if it's wobbling. A good comparison is driving over rumble strips in the road. It only does it about 5 degrees to each side of center then it goes away. It does it both left and right. It's not particularly a vibration, it's more of a wobble/shake.

It does it 100% of the time. The dealership is clueless, they do feel it, but cannot just start replacing parts willy-nilly.

I've posted two videos to see if anyone sees anything of note.

Let me know your thoughts. It doesn't really shimmy/shake in a straight line. I really only see posts here about the 4runner shake, and this is a bit different.

Notes:

Wheels have been balanced twice and road force is less than 15
Truck has been aligned 3 times. Castor is at 3+
No rocks or malformation in tires. Have had a complete new set of tires no change

Video 1: Turning with a lot of bushing play. Normal? LCA Play Turning - YouTube

Video 2: Driving down road wiggling wheel. Notice anything that could cause vibration? 40 45 mph Video - YouTube

Thanks,

Thanks,
On the first video, yes, the inner bushing has lots of play (in and out, not up and down) in MY opinion. Not sure what is "normal", but, to me, that seems excessive.

LCA bushings are rubber so there will be some "play". I assume that dealer checked torque on those LCA bolts, it is a high value as I recall. Other than that I assume you are at relatively low miles so wait it out and see if a warrantable problem develops.
If the problem gets worse with no obvious reason(s) then that's what a Toyota factory rep is for. Ask the dealer to contact their rep and report problem and next time he is at their dealer he can have your vehicle for his analysis.

That LCA bushing definitely seems to be deforming way more than you would expect under those conditions (first vid)

The fact that you have had 3 separate alignments, which absolutely would/could involve adjusting front and rear camber plates on the LCA, makes me think something was not installed correctly, not torqued correctly, or the bushing was torn/damaged in a way to prevent secure fixation.

"ABSOLUTELY Bobby12many!!"

I watched the "Front LCA & Bushing move... 3/4s to an Inch (circularly), throughout the first video, ...view it Again! The bolts may be moving too... it has to be taken apart to assess the cause Fully!
