What a great trip. Thanks for sharing the photos. Having been to Colorado numerous times, I recognized many of those places. Great place for off roading.

Great pics. I did many of the same areas 10+ years ago with my 3rd gen 4Runner. Had a relative who lived in Salida. Pretty country. Any info on your build?

Yep....I get it...and I understand why most people dont post up routes. Living in TN, and making a trip out west to do "make it up as you go" with a limited time is tougher without have access / familiarity to those areas on a more regular basis. But I suppose some good in depth planning with apps like Onx and Gaia would help. I might go back this year if work load allows. I was actually at Great sand dunes a couple years ago. Look forward to reading your journal more in-depth.
