Squeaking from Around Front Suspension
I've had a minor squeak around both sides of the suspension that has gradually gotten worse. I hear whenever I go over bumps, even ridges in normal streets.
I have an Eibach suspension with stock UCAs.
Could it be the suspension? The UCAs? The ball joints? KDSS? E all of the above?

Squeaks usually come from the rubber bushings -- UCA, LCA, sway bar, etc. Lubricate all them with WD-40 and see if they go away.

I did the same with lubricant to discover the passenger rear sway bar bushing was making the noise (KDSS). It sounded like a split second “bark” when i went over speed bumps, etc.

When I switched out my shocks to the Ironman, I replaced all my sway bar bushings. Not surprised when my front end noises went away. I got the bushings from DrKDSS.

There's a thread buried deep somewhere someone had identified this common issue and it wasn't actually the suspension but rather maybe a hood bushing or something? It's been quite some time but it was a common issue when going over speed bumps etc...
I had the same issue on my 4runner but the sound disappeared one day.

I have been trying to find a squeak on my 2012 SR5 that showed up a few months after doing the Ironman lift. It's a higher pitch squeak and only happens at slower speeds over small sharp bumps like wash board roads or small pot holes. Its coming from the right side for sure. I did new upper control arms and extended rear sway bar links also.

It is common, on older vehicles, to have squeaks from plastic panels rubbing together. Difficult to find.

Yeah it's been tough to locate. I'm thinking it might be the front right strut making noise on compression but they are pretty new Ironman under a year old and not beaten on. Might try new front sway bar links.

Check the rubber stops that are under your hood in the front. There are two-one on each side. Adjust them by turning them. I know this sounds way too easy, but it could be that simple. It was for me.
