Autel mx-sensor tpms help!

Hey everyone i installed a new set of wheel with a set of 4 autel mx sensors which i cloned to my oem sensor id's on my 2017 TRDP and installed the wheels. The tpms light came on with faults saying id not read for each wheel. i found out they need to be in the same position as it was in the computer. using the TS508 autel tool, i then proceeded to do the position relearn and followed all the steps and still can not get this light to go out. its driving me nuts. The fault now stored in the system is C2126 (Transmitter ID not Received in Main Mode (C2126/26))

anyone else have any ideas ? thanks guys appreciate it

2017 as well, Only thing I can add is when I went to purchase snow tires and have them installed to a new set of OEM rims I bought I asked them about cloning sensors. They told me that they couldn’t do it. System wasn’t capable?

I was intending to purchase their aftermarket TPS units anyway but was told Toyota only recognizes OEM units and one or two other types specifically so I’d have to just drop in each time I change out my rims and they will come out and program them.

I dunno what else to say, have been there a few times and the guy came out to relearn sensors for people with a RAV, Corolla as well so maybe it’s a Toyota thing. I have no idea what brand of sensors were installed in mine but I know they are not using an Autel unit to plug into the OBD port when they are changing my programming. So maybe your sensors are not compatible… just a guess.

I installed a set of Autel MX sensors in my previous 2018 4Runner and had no issues. I was able to clone my factory sensors with the TS508WF (should be identical to the TS508 just without wifi updates). Not sure what advice to give you but here is the exact description of the sensors I purchased:

Autel TPMS MX-Sensor 315MHz & 433MHz 2in1

I have an Autel and installed Denso sensors in all 5 wheels. I have a few problems with the Autel device so I called them and found them to be very friendly and helpful. They couldn't solve my problem so they opened a ticket with the support team in China. They contacted me within a day and stayed with me until we found a solution. (Instead of selecting 4Runner 03-04 I needed to select 4Runner 2017.)

There is an option to just read the sensors and give you details; manufacturer, battery level and I think the ID. I can't recall just now but it does provide info if the battery is still good.
