I have not seen a throttle body for ours, maybe shoot a link over? I would think ours is adequate. As I keep going with the most effective mods that don't make the vehicle loud, I rank them as:

-Intake
-Tune
-Y pipe
-Supercharger
-Headers
-Some sort of cat back but now we are getting quite loud

Wow, I just saw this. I swear this is new, lol.

Please let us know how it goes! I would be very certain a tune would be required if coupled with an intake to add some fuel.

i think intake, throttle body, headers, y pipe and a dyno tune would be the most power to money. but idk. headers on a v6 is risky lol.

@LunarORP any updates on mpg over more miles and conditions?

Still feel the noise is minimal/non noticeable during highway cruising?

So mpg gain is still 1-1.5 per tank and it has a few more thousand miles. We don’t drive it a lot, a lot.

But yeah anything over half throttle you hear it, but set cruise and it’s totally gone. I’m pretty happy with it. Some things came up and haven’t been able to get a tune on it but it’s still out there on the list.

Loving my AFE TB, it worked great with my tune, and also since I've reflashed back to stock ECU. It definitely pulls a LOT more air and gives a nice increase in throttle response

How is the install? Just plug and play or does it need tube adapters / new tubes?

Im still rocking the AFE Intake, spacer, MAF calibrator and pedal commander. Think this will work with my setup? Thank You for the input as always sir.

Yep, bolts right up to the stock coolant lines.

I had to ditch the TB spacer because the AFE TB has an adapter plate to get it to bolt up, but it definitely would work with your setup minus the TB spacer.

How are you liking the new throttle body so far? Worth the money?

I love it, definitely increase in throttle and throttle response. Noticeable over the stock TB for sure
